Q: When will my order ship?
A: Your items will leave our
local shop

within two business days.

Q: How do you ship your products?
A: Our products are shipped by ground UPS to destinations
in the continental United States. We use Parcel Post for shipments to Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO and PO Boxes.
Q: Can I send an order to a country other than the
United States?
A: Currently, we only ship to the United States, PR,
VI, APO and FPO. You can call us

to find out if we can
accommodate your
order.
Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: Credit card accounts are billed at the time of shipment.
For best service, please include a daytime telephone number in case there
are questions pertaining to your order.
Q: Do you offer priority delivery?
A: Yes. You can choose Airborne Express Two-day or
Next Business Day service for an additional charge. Orders placed before 10
a.m. EST Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after
10 a.m. EST Monday through Sunday will ship on the next business day.
Q: Why do I have to pay sales tax?
A: By law, we are required to collect sales tax when
we ship to Pennsylvania addresses.
Q: Can I change my order after I submit it?
A: We process orders very quickly. If you need to make
a change please call
us at 814-111-1111 as soon as possible.
Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
Q: What if I want to return or exchange a product?
A: You can return it to us
directly at our retail store, or ship it
to us. Please enclose a copy of the
invoice with instructions on how to handle the return. Let us know if you
would like a replacement or credit.
