How do I receive orders from online customers?
There are several ways to receive orders:

  1. You can have orders sent to you by fax.

  2. You can have your orders sent to you via secure e-mail.

  3. You can view your orders online

 

How will shoppers find my Hollidaysburg e Store?

Included in your design costs, we will register your site with the major search engines, more importantly, we'll directly link to your virtual storefront from the Hollidaysburg business directory.  Your site will also be linked to from the other community web sites in the Keycon network. Will I be able to accept credit cards?

Absolutely!  You'll be able to accept online whatever credit cards you accept now at your current business.  Shoppers credit card information will be forwarded to you securely so you'll be able to perform credit transactions at your business location as you already do now!  Since you're shipping real goods, you'll be able to verify the transaction prior to shipping any goods.
